For those who don't know her work, Lilith is an amazing metal vocalist, performing both on her own and with the band Sorrowseed. in the Boston area. Her growls rival any guy in the biz and her shrieks will freeze you cold! This song shows her whole range including a beautifully clear singing voice she is unveiling for the first time. You'll be surprised it's all the same person. She is impressive to both see and hear!
Goth music and metal have been her life-long passions. Peter was one of her vocal idols and she was very
affected by his passing. This is a tribute from the heart.

Responsible young professional & dog needs room/roommates immediately
Hello, everyone. I am looking for a room to rent in Cambridge/Somerville; I need a place before this Friday, March 11. I am a female young biotech professional/classical musician who just moved from Atlanta. I am clean, quiet, reliable, considerate, non-smoker, non-partier, and don't do drugs; I'd prefer the same qualities in a roommate. Social drinkers and small gatherings are okay. I also love animals and am gay-friendly. Some of my requirements:
- 1 BR apt, studio, or share with 1-3 roommates. I'd like to live alone or with other young professionals or grad students.
- I am looking for a month-to-month or 6 month lease and can pay up to $900/month. I'd prefer to live somewhere where heat and hot water are included, or even all utilities, but it's not a travesty if it's not.
- My 8 y/o spayed female, 35 lb Austrailian cattle dog mix will be living with me; she is housebroken, shy at first but will warm up to people.
- I will need a place to park my car--whether it's a designated parking space or street parking.
- 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Red line or bus stop.
- Prefer laundry in the building.
- Safe neighborhood.
If I sound like a good tenant for you, then please contact me with details of your accomodations, some dates and times we could meet, and I'll give you my cell phone #. Thank you.

Want to see The Wrathskellar for free?
Want to see The Wrathskellar for free? Want to be part of a new and unique theatrical experience?
We need box office volunteers for The Wrathskellar, October 26 through October 31 at The Cambridge YMCA Theater (820 Mass. Ave., Cambridge at Central Sq.). We especially need volunteers for Friday, October 29, Saturday, October 30, and Sunday, October 31. Spend Halloween with The Boston Babydolls! We do not need volunteers on Wednesday, October 27.
You need to be at the theater before 7 p.m. and sit in the box office booth from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., then you can watch the show. You need to be able to do simple math, handle money, and be pretty good with people.
If you're interested, please email TheScoop [at] Boston Babydolls [dot] net
with your name, contact information, and the date(s) you'd like to help out.
If you're not of an altruistic bent and just want to buy tickets, you can do that too...

The Hunt Begins! Friday 10/1
is the new dark cabaret from The Boston Babydolls and the denizens of that dank tavern will be at Mariposa Bakery
tomorrow night — Friday, October 1 from 7pm to 9pm.
From October 1 through October 31, The Wrathskellar
is holding a scavenger hunt throughout Central Square. Collect ephemera from The Wrathskellar
universe, follow the clues into the darkness, possibly win a prize. The world of The Wrathskellar
is a shadowy maze of riddles and half-truths. Unravel the mysteries and save yourself... some money on tickets.
Your first stop is Mariposa Bakery
(424 Mass. Ave., Cambridge). You can stop there any time during the month to collect the first puzzle, but stop in on Friday night, October 1 from 7pm to 9pm and and sample some delicious food and drink along with members of our cast
Once you've collected your first puzzle and followed it to the next stop, you'll be given another puzzle to solve... solve all the puzzles and you're given a key. Every key reaps a reward — a discount on admission to this remarkable Halloween experience — but some small number of keys will open The Chest at The Theater. What's inside The Chest? No one knows... but if your key unlocks the padlock, the contents are yours (whether you want them or not).
Good hunting... and Happy Halloween.

We Need Volunteers for the Great Burlesque Expo (HUGE PERKS!)
We are looking for 15-30 more volunteers! (april 1st- 5th)
to sign up please visit this website! http://www.i-volunteeronline.com/burlesque-expo.asp
We're 10 days away from The Expo, and we hope you're as excited as we are! As our way of saying "Thanks" each volunteer receives...
* 2 tickets to the opening night party on Friday, April 2nd
* Admission to the Vendor Exhibit
* Admission to the Costume Display
* Admission to Art Show
* Access to the Drop-in classes
* A copy of Make Some Noise, the soundtrack for The Great Boston Burlesque Expo
Please read the following information over carefully and then contact us with any questions.
All events at The Great Boston Burlesque Exposition take place at The Hyatt Regency Cambridge (575 Memorial Drive, Cambridge,MA). Detailed directions are available on our website, www.Burlesque-Expo.com
There is a garage on-site. The hotel is offering a validated rate on parking. The closest bus stop (Granite St. & Brookline St.) is a 10 minute walk away, but we're offering a regular shuttle bus from Central Square to the hotel.
We've negotiated a ridiculously low rate of $99 per night at The Hyatt Regency. We really want our volunteers to be able to stay on-site. There are a lot of good reasons to stay at the hotel. The best one is by doing so, you're supporting The Expo - but also it gives you some place to stash your stuff during the day, a place to kick back and relax, it means you don't have to drive home after the parties and shows, you get a reduced rate for parking if you do drive, and you can sleep in. We want you to be at the event. We want you to stay at the hotel and party with us all night long.
The hotel will sell out. The Red Sox are playing the Yankees that weekend in Boston. Our very good advance rate of $99 per night will disappear in a cloud of smoke on Wednesday,March 24 and turn into a very *ugly* rate of around $300 per night. Make your reservations today by calling the hotel at (617) 492-1234 or by following this link:
You can also find a link for hotel reservations in the upper right hand corner of the Expo's site (www.burlesque-expo.com).
We love you and don't want you to pay $300 per night. PLEASE make your reservations before the deadline. Once the deadline passes, we will NOT be able to help you out. Really.
Please help with promotion. Talk about how excited you are on various on-line forums and discussion groups. Take a look at the class lists or special events and mention some of your favorites. Plug The Expo every chance you get. Having a big, enthusiastic crowd is much better for everyone than a small enthusiastic one ;-)
The more people we have at the event, the more fun it is. The performers, teachers, and sponsors will help promote, but bulk of the promotional efforts fall to us. Attached is a banner for use on your website, blog, Facebook event page, etc. Please put it up and link it to http://www.burlesque-expo.com
Likewise, a mailing to your email list, a post in your blog, etc. would be appreciated.
We have some gorgeous postcards and posters and we'd like to get them out and about. While some of you aren't local, many of you are. We're not asking you to go out of your way, but we'd love it if you could distribute postcards and put up posters in the areas where you live, work, or go to school. We're particularly looking to saturate Cambridge and Boston with promotional materials. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org if you want flyers and posters!
...for reading this far, for coming and participating, and for helping make The Great Boston Burlesque Exposition truly Great. We honestly can't do this without you and we look forward to seeing you all soon! http://www.i-volunteeronline.com/burlesque-expo.asp
